as a call.
One API call returns one observation — a single data point for a single series at a single as_of date. Batch endpoints let you fetch multiple series in one request, counted as one call per series returned. Streaming vintage replay counts one call per day replayed.

One request for one series at one as_of date. The batch endpoint lets you request up to 50 series in a single HTTP call — each series returned counts as one API call toward your quota.
Yes. Every plan — including Explore — has full access to the as_of parameter and the complete revision archive going back to first release. The only limit is volume.
On Build and Scale, calls above your quota are billed at the overage rate listed on your plan. We'll email you at 80% and 100% of your limit. On Explore, the API returns a 429 until the next billing cycle.
The v.stream(series, from_date, to_date) method replays every data release in chronological order, exactly as an API consumer would have received it at the time. One call per calendar day replayed.
No. We store the Vintl vintage archive — not your queries, models, or results. Enterprise Desk customers can sign a DPA for additional data handling guarantees.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled or changed at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Annual plans can be upgraded mid-year; downgrades apply at renewal.
